Appointment bookings are for 1 HOUR. Add as many hours to your booking as you need.

You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
You can move/reschedule your booking without losing your deposit.

Terms and Conditions for private lessons/workshops/consultations:

  1. Booking and Deposit:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • Deposits are paid when making a booking online.
    • Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
    • Deposits can be transferred to reschedule appointments without forfeiture.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Rescheduling is permitted without losing the deposit, provided it is done more than 3 hours before the appointment.
  3. Fees and Payments:

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.
    • Payments can be made via cash or credit/debit card.
  4. Services Provided:

    • Services include instruction on crafting techniques, the use of cutting machines (e.g., Cricut or Silhouette), and design of SVG files.
    • The duration and scope of services will be agreed upon before the appointment.
  5. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients must provide necessary materials and equipment unless otherwise arranged.
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable workspace for the session.
  6. Liability:

    • The instructor is not liable for any damage to equipment or property during the session.
    • Clients assume all risks associated with crafting activities.
  7. Confidentiality:

    • Any proprietary or confidential information shared during the session will be kept confidential by the instructor.
  8. Termination:

    • The instructor reserves the right to terminate the session at any time if there is a breach of conduct or safety concerns.
  9. Amendments:

    • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Respect:

    • Treat the instructor with respect and courtesy at all times.
  2. Safety:

    • Follow safety guidelines provided by the instructor.
    • Use equipment and materials responsibly.
  3. Communication:

    • Communicate any concerns or questions openly and respectfully.
  4. Confidentiality:

    • Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the session.
  5. Feedback:

    • Provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the session.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Notify the instructor promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in termination of the session without refund.
