• Cash or Card payment on delivery is available for LOCAL delivery in Australia to areas with postcodes 3145, 3148, 3162, 3163, 3165, 3166, 3167, 3168, 3169, 3185, 3186, 3187, 3188, 3189, 3190, 3192, 3193, 3194, 3204. (No change given, so please have exact amount of cash on hand).

3. Shipping and Delivery:

• We offer both physical and digital products. Physical products are shipped or delivered to the address provided during checkout.
• Digital products are delivered electronically. Please ensure accurate email information for digital product delivery.
• While I’d love to offer free shipping, I believe it’s more honest to be upfront about costs. This means not hiding shipping fees in product prices. Even big companies like Amazon charge a yearly fee for their Prime shipping service. I’m committed to keeping my shipping costs as low as possible and don’t make any extra money on packaging and shipping.
• We ship worldwide with tracking included on all parcels. Delivery times vary widely by destination and local postal services.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply upon arrival in their country.
  ⚠️ Once a package leaves Australia, we do not control your country’s customs regulations or tariff charges. For example, in the United States, imports over a certain value may be subject to duties or fees at the border. We are unable to predict these costs or refund them. We recommend checking your local customs website for current duty and import information before ordering.
• All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel has shipped.

  • Flat rate of $19.65 tracked shipping to New Zealand ($36.65 for Express Post).
  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99 (Australia) and $149 (New Zealand).
  • Shipping available to the following countries with shipping costs calculated at checkout: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United States (US), Canada, United Kingdom (UK), Germany, France, Netherlands, South Africa.
