All sales of our digital products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. Once the purchase is complete, access to digital content is immediate, rendering returns impractical. Please ensure compatibility and review product details before purchasing. For any technical issues or inquiries, contact me and I can assist you with your purchase. Your understanding is appreciated.

We want you to be delighted with your craft products from. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return or for any questions, please contact me before returning the item.

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for secure and convenient payments.

No, we do not provide international shipping for our physical products, which can only be shipped within Australia. Some items are very fragile and can only be delivered by hand in the local area.

Most of my physical product sales are done in person at craft markets, but yes, I do offer online ordering with shipping options available.

The online ordering is mostly for digital products which cannot be sold at a market due to their digital nature. Contact me for more information.

Creating an account is easy! Simply visit the My Account page and enter your email under the heading “Register”. You’ll then have access to order history, wishlists, and faster checkout. You may also register during the checkout process.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can contact me. A lot of products are one-of-a-kind creations with very short production runs, but I may be able to make a similar custom product for you.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. I’ll do mybest to assist you, though changes may be subject to the order’s processing stage.
