  1. Physical Products:
    Returns: – We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. – To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
    Refunds: – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. – If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
    Damaged or Defective Items: – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@loliglocreative.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue for prompt assistance.
  2. Digital Products:
    Refunds: – Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items.
  3. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at returns@loliglocreative.com for instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for physical products.
  1. Exclusions:
  • Custom or personalised items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled.
